From High Tech to Low Tech, catnip and copper
There are many articles on the net about how effective catnip oil is for repelling mosquitoes.
The University of Ohio says catnip oil is ten times stronger than DEET.
Although there are hints as how to actually extract the oil most are not accurate.
I'm slow but I finally figured out this simple process.
Couple of days ago I got an OTOP paper making it legal for me to sell in Thailand.
The only thing standing in my way now is a larger supply of catnip.
I can do this on any scale.
Most of this process will be made available here.
Another thing I've been playing with is copper treated clothes which are resistant to bacteria.
Results: I have shirts that could be worn more than two days and have no odor.
That process I will make known complete.
Thanks to Fox news for one of their clips sponsored by a company called Cuperon.

The clothes are expensive, last I checked a T shirt sells for close to forty dollars.
I'll show you how to make enough dye to treat five shirts at a cost of less than five dollars.
What I have learned is the low tech way to do it.
I read between the lines of information given and guess the rest.
The biggest clue was that it is a process that was used by the Romans, Egyptians and other ancient cultures.
The question to myself was what did they have available in that time.
Know how it's done?
All you need is copper and vinegar.
I have done this at least ten times and varied the process and materials to be treated.
All worked, I will post here what worked best.
I did not make a photo documentation before.
Making a new batch of copper dye and will post here.
Expect to see a complete explanation here in about two weeks.
